Programmable alarm with visual and audible signals that continue even if temperature returns to non-alarm range for up to 12 hours. Triple Display simultaneously show high, low and current temperatures. Records (MIN) and (MAX) temperature along with time and date for min/max readings and high/low alarm alerts. Thermometer does not store readings
