Description
Proper Seracult Plus is a more sensitive test that detects hemoglobin as low as 0.32 mg Hb / 100 mL (d.i. water diluted). If the stool sample contains occult blood, the hemoglobin from the blood will react with the impregnated guaiac and the developer to produce a blue color within 30 to 60 seconds after the application of the developer
