Polyethylene net provides structure and integrity for the dressing. Hyper-absorbent, lateral wicking fleece layer locks-in fluid, reducing risk of leakage. 2mm layer of Allevyn polyurethane foam moves fluid away from wound and peri-wound into lock-away layer. Perforated silicone wound contact layer is suitable for fragile skin
