Purathick Natural Thickener thickens hot and cold liquids for people requiring a modified diet, commonly recommended for people with swallowing difficulties, also known as dysphagia. Purathick Natural is a powder thickener, when mixed with hot or cold liquids, creates a smooth, tasteless, odorless thickened consistency. Purathick is best mixed with a frother/mixer or shaker. Hypoallergenic, free of corn, wheat, gluten, soy, whey, casein, lactose and dairy. Non-GMO, vegan and made with kosher pareve ingredients. Each scoop (2.4 gram) thickens 5-6 fluid oz. to mildly thick (nectar) or 3-4 fluid oz. to moderately thick (honey)
