The iScreen OFD Mouth Swab Cotinine Test is a mouth swab cotinine (nicotine) single screening. It is a one-step drug test that can detect nicotine status. The test can detect nicotine levels up to one or two days after nicotine use. The results are a qualitative detection of cotinine in oral fluids at 30 ng/mL cutoff. Result Form 2380P or Mckesson # 536563. FDA recently exempted cotinine devices from 510(k) clearance
