Sterilizer Monitoring Service Challenge Pack: challenge packs provide consistent tests of the ability to penetrate the load with sterilant. Each challenge pack represents a difficult challenge to the sterilization process and provides assurance that the load may be released for use. Contain a Class 6 emulating indicator within a specially designed barrier system. Offer a fast, accurate and cost effective means of sterility assurance monitoring and release of steam sterilization loads. Not a substitute for biological indicators and are not intended to release loads containing implants. Monitor the cycle specific sterilization parameters required. Indicator ink performance meets ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11140-1 Class 6 Emulating Indicator criteria. Immediately identifies failed sterilization cycles.
