Description

McKesson Universal Wrist Splint with Abducted Thumb. Universal wrist/thumb orthosis ideal for wrist sprains and strains, scaphoid injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, Gamekeeper's thumb, and de Quervain's Syndrome symptoms. Durable, lightweight fabric lined for breathability and patient comfort. Single-pull, elastic lace closure system allows for ease of application and a secure, customizable fit. Dual aluminum stays support palmar surface of wrist and extensor surface of thumb. Adjustable stays allow customized fit and proper angulation. Pre-contoured aluminum palmar and thumb stays may be adjusted to accommodate various wrist and thumb conditions. Dorsal stay can be removed to customize the level of immobilization. Made of lightweight foam laminate and a soft, breathable liner to maximize patient comfort. Universal size fits most wrists (up to 13-inch wrist circumference).
